This is the fifth draft of south elevation of our future home at Appaloosa Farmstead. We will share the floor plan when it is completely completed.
We are meeting our "Designated Representative" to design our septic system this Saturday. I am also meeting with a well driller next Tuesday to evaluate the land and locate the perfect spot for the well.
Still looking for a used tractor with front end loader and bushog.....
That's all for now.

Happy Holidays!!! Update.....
Our house in the city is officially for sale and listed. We have a contract on the house with contingency so we're not home free (pun intended) yet.
As soon as we close on this house, we will squat in my parent's basement while we build our farmhouse. Plans and pictures to come.
Happy New Year!

Another update.....
Updates coming few and far between. We have lots of excuses!!!
11 apple trees planted - lost 3 over the hot, dry summer.
18 blueberries planted - I think we still have 10-12. It's hard to tell with the 5 foot tall pasture grass growing around the tiny plants.
4 SweetBay Magnolias planted - 3 survived the summer. The ones that did survive look great!!!
Our picnic table is hidden by the pasture that did not get hayed with the rest of the lots in the neighborhood. I think the hay guy was afraid he would cut our trees down. Now I'm looking for someone to bush hog 2+ acres.
We are getting our house in town ready to put on the market - painting, repairing, etc.
